Tempe, AZ 2026-04-05 We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking fire-stopping installer who is looking for growth to join our team Responsibilities * Review and understand safety on the job site * Coordinate the installation process at the job site (unload equipment, place the hose in the location of installation, etc.) * Use basic trade math fundamentals to assist the supervisor with costs * Inspection of firewalls per NFPA code * Providing accurate documentation for customers' code compliance * Maintain professional, timely communication with customers * Review and learn blueprinting, sketching, perspectives, and terminology * Develop an understanding of the relationship between cost, blueprintin,g reading, and material estimating Preferred Qualifications * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must have at least six months of construction experience * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Ability to read and use a tape measure, and ability to read measurements off of a blueprint. * Must have a form of dependable transportation; must travel out of town, both on overnight and one-day trips. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Safety Manager position include: * 8+ years of safety experience, including 5+ years of industrial construction safety and supervisory experience. * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. * OSHA 500 series designation required/preferred, with strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, EPA, and industry safety standards. * Manage safety programs, policies, permits, audits, regulatory compliance, and compliance documentation. * Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, OSHA recordkeeping, corrective actions, emergency response planning, and safety reporting. * Conduct job site audits, walkthroughs, JHAs, risk assessments, and readiness reviews across multiple buildings at the same site. * Develop and deliver safety training programs while maintaining certification and onboarding records. * Partner with customer construction managers, client HSE teams, field leadership, technicians, supervisors, and contractors to reinforce safety accountability. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, managing safety and loss prevention programs, and supervising facility security operations to safeguard people, property, and assets. The manager facilitates safety awareness, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures by engaging team members, leading training sessions, and working collaboratively across functions. Assist RSC management with the investigation of safety incidents. * Local oversight of the use and maintenance of all physical security and life safety systems, including but not limited to intrusion and fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency generators, battery backups, camera systems, card access and locking systems. * Oversee all hazardous materials activities, including Tier II Extremely Hazardous Substance reporting, hazardous waste identification, segregation, and disposal, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. * Coordinate and execute all HSE training modules, regulatory audits, routine inspections, employee engagement inititiatives, job hazard and risk assessments, compliance assessments, OSHA log maintenance, emergency medical response (First Aid & CPR), fire safety drills, and accident investigations, in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and FDA standards. * Develop, implement and periodically review emergency management and disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with Corporate Asset Protection and HSE directives. * Monitor critical performance indicators for all Asset Protection components * Maintain, update and ensure the integrity of all local incident reports, including but not limited to Loss Prevention investigations, HSE-related records, compliance reports and documentation, including regulatory submissions for OSHA, FDA, DOT, and CTPAT, to guarantee uninterrupted regulatory compliance. * Assist in the development of operational and capital budgets, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize asset protection and safety investments.
