Fire Sprinkler Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects. This role is responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications, performing material takeoffs, labor calculations, and coordinating with project managers, designers, and vendors to ensure compliant and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed fire sprinkler estimates in accordance with NFPA standards
* Review plans, specs, and addenda for bid accuracy
* Perform material, labor, and equipment takeoffs
* Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
* Support project handoff and pre-construction as needed

Qualifications

* Fire sprinkler estimating experience preferred
* Knowledge of NFPA 13 and related codes
* Proficiency with estimating software and plan review
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
