Works with service coordinator to schedule and dispatch service calls. * Review and approve timecards weekly. * Ensure timely and compliant inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72 and local AHJ guidelines. * Review and approve T&M tickets and submit WO to accounting for invoicing once all costs have been applied if no Account Manager * Orders necessary materials and equipment for all service, deficiency and test projects and inspections. * Weekly review of unbilled WO report. * Monitor service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction at the branch level. * Assist with management of service inventory of fire alarm parts, testing equipment, and tools. * Act as the point of contact for escalated service issues and emergency service calls. * Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of service staff. * Ensure technician adherence to all safety protocols and company policies. * Directly oversee service and inspection technicians. Performs monthly KPI meetings, in-person quarterly to review bonus scorecards. Qualifications: * Strong leader, motivator and communicator, with the ability to prioritize, problem solve and make decisions. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * 5+ years of fire alarm service experience * Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems and NFPA codes (especially NFPA 72). * NICET Level II in Fire Alarm Systems or ability to obtain within 6 months.
