What You’ll Bring
* At least 1 year of experience in security, surveillance, access control, or commercial alarm systems
* Experience with platforms like DSC, Qolsys, and Alarm.com is a plus
* Ability to climb ladders, work in ceilings/attics, and perform physical tasks as needed

Pay & Career Path
Hourly pay: $25–$50/hr, based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
* $25–$34/hr – Solid techs with 1–3+ years in alarms/cameras/access control who can handle most installs and service with minimal supervision.
* $35–$44/hr – Strong senior-level techs with 4–6+ years of commercial experience, comfortable leading jobs, mentoring others, and handling complex troubleshooting.
* $45–$50/hr – Highly skilled, highly experienced technicians (typically 7+ years) in commercial alarm, fire, access control, and video systems, with advanced programming, integration, and leadership capabilities.
Final compensation will be based on your experience, skills, licenses/certifications, and ability to lead complex commercial jobs.
