Job Responsibilities

As an Alarm Technician at Xssentials, you will be responsible for:

* Installation Excellence: Implementing new security and fire alarm systems, with a primary focus on residential environments, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our valued clients.
* Customer Satisfaction: Servicing and maintaining existing alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality and client satisfaction.
* Precision Testing: Conducting thorough Test and Inspections (T&Is) on installed alarm systems, upholding our commitment to quality and reliability.
* Effective Communication: Interfacing directly with customers, establishing strong rapport, and consistently exceeding expectations through clear communication and impeccable workmanship.

Desired Skills And Traits

The ideal candidate for this position should reside in Eagle County and possess:

* Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in installing and programming Honeywell alarm panels and associated peripheral alarm products.
* Low Voltage Expertise: A broad understanding of low voltage equipment installations and familiarity with the principles of basic circuit theory and troubleshooting.
* Tech-Savvy: Competency in using alarm-related computer applications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Continuous Improvement: A commitment to personal growth and a drive to advance both technical abilities and communication skills.
* NICET certification preferred but not required.

Requirements

* Full-time in-field position
* Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
