This role combines sales responsibility with system design, requiring the ability to both build client relationships and develop accurate, complete, and installation-ready system proposals. The Sales & Design Specialist will support the sales process, develop system designs, and deliver complete proposals that clearly reflect customer requirements. This role is ideal for someone who can balance customer interaction, technical thinking, and accountability for complete and accurate proposals. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities * Generate and manage new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and outreach. * Build relationships with residential and commercial clients. * Present solutions and proposals to customers in a clear and professional manner. * Follow up with prospects and close sales. * Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications * Experience in security, fire, low-voltage, or construction-related industry sales. * Ability to learn and apply system design principles. * Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role. * Ability to read or learn to read floor plans and site layouts. * Strong internal/external communication and organizational skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage both sales and technical responsibilities.
