Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sprinkler Technician to join our team. This role focuses on water-based fire suppression systems, ensuring all installations and repairs meet safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

* Install, inspect, test, and repair sprinkler piping, valves, and heads
* Perform water flow testing and preventive maintenance
* Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
* Ensure compliance with NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and local plumbing/fire codes
* Work independently or with a team on commercial and residential projects

Qualifications

* Prior experience with sprinkler systems required
* Strong mechanical skills (cutting, threading, hanging pipe)
* Knowledge of fire protection codes and safety practices
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
* NICET certification preferred (not required)
