Security Alarm Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Security Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security alarm systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties through effective alarm systems and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Install security alarm systems according to specifications and building codes.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing security alarm systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to alarm systems in a timely manner.
* Provide training and guidance to clients on how to operate their security systems effectively.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Security Alarm Technician or similar role.
* Familiarity with various alarm systems and troubleshooting techniques.
* Knowledge of installation and maintenance practices for security systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
