College Station, TX 2026-03-02 Description Firetron is seeking highly skilled and licensed Fire Alarm Technicians in the College Station area. The ideal candidate will hold a TDI State of Texas Fire Alarm Technician License (FAL) or Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent License (APS) and bring extensive experience in fire alarm system installation, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance. As a senior technician, you will lead projects, ensure code compliance, train junior staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and safety. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: * Install, program, and test fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional) in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments. * Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems, wiring, or components. * Program panels from manufacturers such as Notifier, Silent Knight, Gamewell, EST, Fire-Lite, Siemens, and Honeywell. * Conduct inspections and service work in compliance with NFPA 72, TDI Fire Alarm Rules, and local AHJ requirements.
