Key Responsibilities

* Install, service, and maintain fire alarm, fire suppression, and security systems
* Perform system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues efficiently
* Ensure all work meets applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
* Document service activities and maintain accurate records
* Deliver high-quality service while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

* Experience with fire suppression systems, fire alarms, or security systems
* Familiarity with life safety systems and compliance standards
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
* Relevant certifications (NICET, manufacturer certifications, or similar) preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, field environment
