We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

* $1,000 paid at start
* $1,000 at 6 months of employment
* $3,000 at 12 months of employment

Requirements

What You Bring

* Active state license as required for fire alarm work
* NICET Level I (or higher) required; NICET Level II must be obtained within 12 months of hire
* Minimum 2 years of fire alarm or low voltage experience
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Comfortable working independently or leading small crews
* Professional communication skills in customer-facing environments
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

Preferred But Not Required

* Experience with clean agent fire suppression systems
* Experience in access control, CCTV, AV, CATV, or structured cabling
* Experience operating lifts and working at height

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
* Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods
* Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
* Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
* Occasional overnight travel as required
