Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Fire Suppression Technician for an on-site role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Fire Suppression Technician will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire extinguishers, and kitchen hoods in commercial, and industrial settings. Specific duties include testing systems for functionality and compliance, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting and repairing various suppression equipment and components. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to ensure systems meet regulatory standards and will maintain accurate service documentation.

Qualifications

* Experience in fire suppression system maintenance, testing, and repair
* Knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and regulatory compliance
* Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills
* Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
* Commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail
* Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET, OSHA, or equivalent) are a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or qualifications are a bonus
* Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area
