Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview

Seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler System Estimator responsible for reviewing blueprints, performing quantity take-offs, calculating material and labor costs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate project estimates. This role plays a key part in supporting successful project bidding and execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
* Perform detailed quantity take-offs for fire sprinkler systems
* Prepare accurate material and labor cost estimates
* Collaborate with sales and management to finalize project bids
* Conduct on-site surveys to verify design and installation requirements
* Coordinate with project management and local authorities to ensure proper documentation and approvals
* Support bid preparation, proposals, and client submissions
* Ensure estimates align with industry standards and project scope

Qualifications

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in fire sprinkler system estimating or design
* Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, piping, and components
* Experience performing hydraulic calculations
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
* Understanding of local codes, regulations, and permitting processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
* Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and project teams

Preferred Skills

* Experience with estimating software or take-off tools
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
