Fire Alarm Technician

Position Overview
The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. This role requires a thorough understanding of fire alarm technologies and codes to ensure safety and compliance in various environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems in commercial and residential properties.
* Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality.
* Diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm equipment and systems.
* Work with clients to assess their fire safety needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety codes and regulations during installations and repairs.

Qualifications

* NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems is highly desirable
* Appropriate certificates of fitness to inspect systems
* Experience in servicing and installing fire alarm systems.
* Strong understanding of fire safety codes and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
