Fire Alarm Service Division Manager

Topa Group is partnered with a Fire Protection company in the Dallas-Fort worth Metroplex that is looking for a Service Manager to lead the Dallas service division by overseeing inspections, maintenance (ITM), and emergency repairs for commercial life safety systems. You will manage P&L, optimize service scheduling, and lead a team of licensed technicians to ensure regional growth and code compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Operations: Manage daily service workflows, labor forecasting, and division P&L.
* Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor technicians; maintain a proactive safety culture.
* Compliance: Ensure all work meets NFPA 72 and Texas state fire codes.
* Client Relations: Manage service contracts and act as the primary point of contact for North Texas accounts.
Requirements:
* Experience: 10+ years in fire alarm systems; 5+ years in management.
* Licensing: Valid Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) required.
* Certification: NICET Level III or IV preferred (Level II minimum).
* Skills: Strong financial acumen and expertise in low-voltage systems.
