We’re hiring a Fire Alarm Programmer for one of our top security clients. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in keeping life‑safety systems running the way they should.
What You Need
* 5+ years of Fire Alarm Technician experience
* Strong low‑voltage background
* Basic programming/coding knowledge (panel programming, logic, etc.)
* NICET Level II
Nice to Have
* Manufacturer certifications (Notifier, EST, Simplex, Siemens, etc.)
* Experience working in data centers
What You’ll Do
* Test, inspect, and service commercial fire alarm systems
* Prepare equipment and tools for scheduled inspections
* Identify system issues, code violations, or performance problems
* Document inspections and recommended corrective actions
* Follow structured inspection schedules and compliance standards
* Work with teammates and clients to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Compensation:
$60,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary. [If client has provided an exact salary, then no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly language from the Contract/Contract-to-Hire section above.]
